Based on martial arts, tai chi is a graceful form of exercise or meditation in motion. You will learn modified Yang and Sun forms, emphasizing general tai chi principles. It is safe for all ages and fitness levels. Benefits include decreased stress, anxiety and depression; improved aerobic capacity; and improved flexibility, balance and agility. Practice is done standing. Please wear loose, comfortbale clothes and flat flexible shoes.
