Think-pair-share is an effective way to increase students’ contributions in class. In this GIFT session, Baker Rogers will explain how to use a think-pair-share and share her experiences with it. Talking about think-pair-share, one of Baker’s students said “I really like this because it gives you time to think about an answer for a question before answering it, and it prevents the same people from talking all the time in class.”
Come early for lunch. Stop by the Information Desk in the Kent Campus Center and pick up a lunch pass. Then grab lunch at one of the restaurants and bring your lunch to the Student Senate Room on the 2nd floor. You are also welcome to grab lunch after the GIFT session.
