H. Roger Grant, a 1966 Simpson alumnus and one of the nation’s leading railroad historians, will discuss the history of Iowa railroads, their importance, and the future of the “iron horse” in the Hawkeye State. 

The event kicks off with a reception, starting at 6 pm, followed by the lecture and a book signing beginning at 7 pm.
