This 40-minute interactive session, presented by Paula Kueter (Associate Dean of Academic Services) and Keyah Levy (Vice President for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion), will provide participants with insight into the impact of creating an inclusive space as a tool to improve retention. Participants are encouraged to submit inclusive classroom and office space practices to share with the community and discuss how these can impact retention.
